When I first came across Tyler's online profile, I was more than intrigued by his creative introduction to what a first date with him would entail. After we connected online, the conversation consisted of mostly gifs, which I found quite charming. I passed along my phone number before we parted ways for the evening.
Two days later, we met for the first time at Roots Coffeehouse near his apartment. My back was to the door as I awaited anxiously for his arrival. I heard his voice behind me asking if I was "Amanda", and when I turned around, I saw the most handsome man I had ever seen.
Our conversation over coffee turned into dinner nearby and then continued in the car until my battery died. I never looked back after that day. It was him. He had finally arrived.

When Amanda and I met, I knew she was going to be someone important in my life.
A few months after we were dating, she asked me what she was in the Pinstack's parking lot. I made jokes until she clarified that she wanted to know what she was to me.
She won't believe me, but the answer then was "future wife", even though I only said exclusive girlfriend.

For the first day, they communicated through gifs only. #memelord
The next morning, Tyler asked Amanda to go on their first date.
Tyler and Amanda went to to Root's Coffee House for their first date. After talking for a bit, she invited him to Rosa's Cafe for dinner and bought him some tacos.
After dinner, Amanda's car battery was dead and he waited with her until roadside assistance came to jump it.
In May, they decided to take the next step and move in with eachother. After some planning, Tyler and Amanda were officially living together in July right before her Birthday.
At the end of 2019, Amanda started looking into new home builds, and after touring builders with Nadia, she took Tyler to History Maker Homes in Arlington TX
They picked out their perfect floor plan and options, and signed the papers to have the house built. The house was ready in March, and they moved in right after.
Amanda knew that Tyler missed Shadow (his malamute from Arizona), and started looking at breeders in the area.
She showed Tyler some options and he picked out the puppy named "Fire" who became Zoey.
Amanda and Tyler decided it was time to start their family together. After a long IVF process of injections, doctor appointments, and genetic testing, Amanda was pregnant with Baby Michael.
Amanda was 100% convinced there would be no wedding, she had no idea that Tyler had been looking for the perfect ring for over a year.
Since Amanda was pregnant, the proposal options were limited but Tyler wanted it to be perfect and meaningful. He started prepping the living room for his plan, and painted the living room walls and baseboards but Amanda still thought this was just for their accent wall.
He waited for her to take a girls night with friends and painted his proposal on the wall, brought out a stone goose with some blue construction paper shaped like a lake, and the custom ring and box, and the rest is history...
